1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this document and all supplementary documents published by boca4d:

Term	Definition
Platform	The boca4d website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at boca4d.cam and its subdomains.
Member / You	Any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform and uses its services.
Account	The unique personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and identity verification.
Wallet Balance	The real-money funds held within a Member's account, comprising deposited funds and any confirmed winnings.
Bonus Balance	Promotional credits awarded by boca4d that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Members to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
Wagering Requirement	The total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x).
Eligible Games	The specific games or betting markets that contribute toward the fulfillment of a wagering requirement for a given promotion.
IDR / Rp	Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which boca4d accounts are denominated.
WIB	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) — the default time zone used for all platform timestamps, draw schedules, and customer service hours.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on boca4d, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox, or by placing any wager or deposit on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept these Terms & Conditions as a binding legal agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that boca4d does not guarantee any financial return on wagers placed.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and boca4d regarding the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on boca4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. boca4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request government-issued identification to confirm age. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. boca4d is designed for and marketed to players resident in Indonesia. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk; boca4d accepts no liability for such access.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single Account: You must not currently hold, nor have previously held, an account on boca4d that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed through boca4d or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• Own Funds: You must be depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.

boca4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

Registration on boca4d is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. boca4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify our support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on boca4d. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

boca4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of boca4d.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

boca4d operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.

KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color scan or photograph of a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document — such as a Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP), Paspor (passport), or Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that you are the registered owner of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or bank account with BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or OCBC NISP) used to deposit funds to your boca4d account.

boca4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for large withdrawal amounts or in the event of suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension pending review.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes.

6 Deposits

boca4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) exclusively. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single-deposit limit for verified accounts, though boca4d reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits based on account review.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. boca4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, network outages, or public holidays affecting Indonesian banking infrastructure. During Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — some payment channels may experience processing delays beyond boca4d's control.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of the receiving account pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members are processed within an average of 3 minutes during normal operating hours (07:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed from 07:00 WIB the following day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit (same-source withdrawal policy), unless an alternative method has been pre-approved by boca4d's compliance team following a KYC review. boca4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• The account is under review for suspicious activity or bonus abuse.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on a Bonus Balance have not been fulfilled.
• A chargeback or dispute has been initiated on a prior deposit associated with the account.
• boca4d reasonably suspects the account or its funds to be involved in money laundering or fraud.

boca4d reserves the right to close an account and return the original deposited amount (excluding winnings) if a material breach of these Terms is confirmed during a withdrawal investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

boca4d offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonu ses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion details. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the wagering requirement multiplier) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and specific slot titles may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 0%). The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused or uncleared bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is Rp 200.000, unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may be voided at boca4d's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any behavior that boca4d reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, multi-accounting, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

boca4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms up to the date of cancellation.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the boca4d platform. Product-specific rules — including rules for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting), bandar bola (football bookmaking markets), sports betting including mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple matches), live casino games, and slot products — are published in the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. boca4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where an obvious pricing error (known as a "palpable error") has occurred on our part.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or game pricing, boca4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallet Balances.
• boca4d reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake permitted on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated based on the final confirmed result of the relevant event as recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the Football Association of Indonesia / PSSI, BWF for badminton). Results that remain officially unconfirmed will be settled once the governing body issues a final result.
• In the event of technical failure during a live game session, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical fault policy. Where no such policy applies, boca4d's decision is final.
• boca4d reserves the right to suspend or void any market or game at any time where it determines that the integrity of the event or game may have been compromised.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on boca4d. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on boca4d.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent account review.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Allowing or facilitating another individual — including a minor — to access or use your boca4d account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate market outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to boca4d support.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against boca4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing boca4d staff or other Members through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the boca4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of boca4d or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of boca4d.

12 Privacy & Data

boca4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

boca4d implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centers, and access-controlled internal systems — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure, and boca4d cannot warrant absolute security against all possible threats.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boca4d and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or data transmission errors caused by third-party infrastructure providers, including Indonesian banking networks and e-wallet operators.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform — you acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit boca4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

In no event shall boca4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Suspension & Termination

boca4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Wallet Balance remaining after the deduction of pending investigations or chargebacks will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law. boca4d operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of boca4d is lawful under the laws applicable in your location. boca4d accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your access to the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted.

16 Amendments

boca4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure as described in Clause 14.
